Dairy farming is the practice of raising animals for the purpose of milk and dairy products. Agri Innovation Hub Kenya Ltd together with Ethics and Integrity Institute partnered with Israel Embassy in Kenya and organized a tour to Israel where we visited Afi Dairy farm which has a total herd of 1700 cows. The mature cows produce an average of 52 liters daily and the young ones 40 liters. They have an annual milk production of 12 million liters.
