Tandoori Mutton Chops with Garlic Cream Dip
Ingredients:
Mutton chops – 800g (TENDERIZE)
Hung curd – 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Roasted besan – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Smoked charcoal - 1 small piece + oil

Garlic Cream Dip:
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Garlic (grated) – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Lemon juice – few drops

Method:
Marinate chops in all ingredients for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Grill on high flame or bake at 220°C for 20–25 mins until charred.
Serve with garlic dip and sprinkle chaat masala.
