This video presents some segments from a very poor TV transmission on the right, and a Soviet animation on the left.
The TV images seem to have been filmed directly off a CRT screen, and come from two soviet documentaries regarding the mission.

The Soyuz 4 and 5 spacecraft docked on 16 January, 1969 - a first for two crewed spacecraft.

A connecting tunnel for the docking mechanism had not yet been developed, so the crew transferred between ships spacewalking from one vehicle to the other.

Cosmonauts Aleksei Yeliseyev and Yevgeny Khrunov performed the EVA.
