First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Egg -1
• Oil – 2Tbsp
• Chopped Garlic – 1 Tbsp
• Chopped Onion – ¼ Cup
• Salt
• Chopped Mushroom ¼ Cup
• Mix Veg (Carrots, Peas and Corn)- ¼ Cup
• Water
• Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
• Chili Flakes – ½ Tsp
• Chopped Spring Onion
• Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
• Water
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a deep pan
• Pour Oil into it
• Add Chopped Garlic to it
• Add Chopped Onion to it
• Add salt to it
• Saute until it turns translucent
• Add Chopped Mushroom to it
• Saute
• Add Mix Veg
• Saute again for 3 Minutes
• Add 2 ½ Cup of Water to it
• Cover and Cook for 5 Minutes
• Add Pepper Powder to it
• Add Chili Flakes to it (Optional)
• Add Spring Onion to it
• Mix Well
• Now take a bowl
• Put Corn Flour in it
• Add ¼ Cup of Water to Corn Flour
• Mix well until it turns to slurry
• Add Corn Flour Slurry to the soup
• Now take another bowl
• Break an Egg in it
• Beat the Egg
• Once done, gradually drizzle the egg and stir the soup continuously
• Serve
