Watch this video and learn how to enter the Standing on thighs position in acroyoga. We start by showing you a pre-exercise for the flyer and for the base. This will help you in nailing that goal pose and teach you what are the muscle groups you should be activating, giving you the feeling for the pose before even entering it. In that way you can safely prepare your body, communicate with your partner what you need, and build the confidence for the successful progression to the final pose.

This position is also a great pre-exercises for basing standing acrobatics.
