Loosing weight while being bedbound. its so hard to be motivated as you need to limit yourself so much. i hardly use any kcal so need to go really low. and for so long :-( So its not always "being undisciplined"

My Life with ME/CFS (and fluid art if i am able to). The daily struggle with fatigue, pain, brainfog, PEM and anxiety. I raise awareness as this is also very simular to long covid

NOTE: if i am able i will also share creation and teaching of acrylic pouring
