Lilac Oil Painting Tutorial 🌿 How to Paint Flowers with Oil on Paper

Описание к видео Lilac Oil Painting Tutorial 🌿 How to Paint Flowers with Oil on Paper

Loosen up your brushstrokes with this beginner friendly oil painting tutorial starring my favourite spring flowers that are just so unapologetically pretty...lilacs! In this next instalment in my Botanical Sketchbook series of flowers, I'll be teaching you how to paint some lovely, loose lilacs using oil. I'm using oil paints on paper, but you can use any medium you want, on any surface you'd like. Just modify the instructions accordingly; if you're painting on a canvas instead of paper, you won't be doing the same kind of acrylic ink tone and writing, and if you're painting in acrylic you'll need to softly blend the colours on the palette instead of the paper, since the dry time is so fast.

Painting flowers is one of my great joys, and if you enjoyed this tutorial and are an acrylic painter, I have something just for you. I've developed a fully comprehensive course called "Painting Flowers in Acrylic" that will take you through 23 lessons, for a total of 7.5 hours of instruction. You can use code YOUTUBE30 and take $30 off the purchase price (regularly $149, now $119). You can find the course and its full description here: https://courses.mariannevanderdussen....
