RURA perform 'Catriona's', written by Steven Blake, Adam Brown, David Foley and Jack Smedley, live and backstage at Edinburgh's Old College Quad during the 2021 International Festival.

RURA’s rugged yet refined blend of fiddle, Highland pipes, flute, bodhrán and guitar has won them multiple prestigious awards. Their music was described as 'the perfect soundtrack to a Scottish summer' by  The Skinny; a progressive and entrancing sound filled with fast-paced tunes and demanding technical feats. But they are unafraid to contrast these energetic moments with a meditative calm, often including personal touches such as voice recordings from loved ones.
