The recent video of Rau's IAS Study Circle of Old Rajendra Nagar has shocked the whole of Delhi. The flooded roads of Delhi reached the basement of Rau IAS when a SUV driving on the flooded road, lead to the breakage of the gate of the coaching. Water reached the basement of the library and took lives of three UPSC aspirants. This has lead to widespread protests and many coaching's have been sealed in Delhi.

This shows the harassment which coaching institutes put on the students. Also these coaching's take tuition fee of the whole year and say it is Non-Refundable. However, Ministry of Education has passed guidelines stating that coaching have to refund the money, in case any student wishes to withdraw mid coaching.

Alongside, coaching cannot enroll students below the age of 16 and no teacher should be less than a graduate. If coaching's are found violating these laws, then fine will be imposed and in some cases even their license can be taken. Watch the video, to know about it all!
