The Difference Between Pleasure and joy

What's the difference between Joy and Pleasure?

People usually use both of these terms anonymously but they are not the same. Pleasure is temporary as it is external and dependent on the events while Joy is internal which is solely dependent on you and how you perceive things around you.

People keep on chasing pleasure to become happy but the truth is when you are internally satisfied and peaceful, you automatically experience the feeling of joy and contentment.

So the key is to stop looking for petty pleasures and start finding inner peace where the real Joy and Satisfaction lies😊.
