Final verdict: Siris is pretty good, but probably not whale competition.

How to play Siris:
Spam E to build stacks up to 100 then ult.
Shoot to lower ult cooldown.
Repeat.

She's actually surprisingly strong and was pretty quick to learn. The most surprising thing was how well she can do at M0 with just the T1 event weapon and horrible logis. This run probably can't be considered f2p by any means considering I have 2 support sigs, but this should give a good ballpark on what she can do.

Also, the only reason this run works is because I had good rng to have Siris skill pop 2 of Teumessian's stars. If you didn't know, breaking them lowers its defense.
