If you identify with any experience you find yourself with such as stress, discord, or any type of density, then you will try and change it or modify it to get better experiences - but any type practice we do to try and get out of any experience does not work sustainably and is unnecessary.

Realizing that you are literally a limitless potential that is not bound by any pattern or reference, allows for you to be more fluid with whatever kind of experience you may find yourself in.
