Japan has the fourth largest defence budget in the world but its constitution prevents it fighting in wars. Now, there's a growing movement to change the constitution again and remilitarise.

After World War II, Japan's military was disbanded. But with North Korea test firing missiles and the growing regional dominance of China, people are more concerned about national security. "As an independent sovereign country, it's not normal to depend heavily on other countries", states MP Yoichi Masuzoe.
