This stout was designed to host and highlight the intense flavors derived from fermenting with maple syrup.

After aging in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-maple syrup, and ex-vanilla barrels, the beer was finished through a bed of walnuts and, naturally, more maple syrup for a total usage of 2,200lbs.
