About the speaker
For over nine years, I have been studying and practicing healthy nutrition, from veganism, to a raw food diet, to calorie restriction, to curative fasting. After suffering from hormonal asthma for more than thirty years, in 2014, the doctors told me that they would not be able to help when I had yet another asthma attack, and from that moment I began my journey in the study of myself. I switched to a raw food diet and practiced three-day dry fasts, and within six months, I was able to stop taking all medications, including hormone therapy, and had cured my hormonal asthma. During this time, I would have periods of continuous days without food and water for a couple of months, then would return to food, then again back to a few months without food and water. It was for various reasons that I would return to food – my psyche was not sorted out and physical processes were malfunctioning. This was a long and painstaking work with myself. As of today, I have been without food or water, needing little to no sleep, for over a year (since March 14, 2021), and I do not plan to go back to eating.
