Most likely there is an App Manager program on your device that is activated when you first activate your device and will then download the specific apps to your device upon setup or after set up. Usually you will notice that there is a new app on your device that you did not download.

To disable the App Manager follow these steps.
Find the App that was downloaded without your consent.
Press and hold on the app and select the i information icon.
Scroll down to find the name of the App Manager under the “App details in store”
Go back to settings
Scroll down and select “Apps”
Scroll down and select the App Manager that was listed under the original app.
Select Disable or Remove and then click OK to confirm the removal or disabling of the app.

After this apps should not appear out of the blue on your device and you can also uninstall the apps that were downloaded without your permission.
