First Meal From The Garden - Small garden harvest

The first of many small garden harvests. We picked some fresh veggies to mix up a simple but yummy stir fry for lunch. The garden is just starting to really produce for us and we are hoping there will be many more meals in our future.

As we plan to eat fresh from this garden as much as possible, there most likely wont be a lot to preserve this year. We will do what we can but next years garden will have to be quite a lot bigger for fresh eating and preservation in mind.
