You can use this technique to generate interesting rhythms like those found in many cultures found around the world. It is said the Euclidean rhythms can generate all the rhythms found in ethnic music, with the exception of Indian music. The different rhythms can be combined to create new and complex rhythmic textures. Poly-rhythmic material can also be generated easily.
