Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 4-5 tbsp
Water 1.5 cups
Mustard oil 150-200 ml

For Rice:-
Long grain raw basmati rice 5 cups
Bay leaves 4-5
Cloves 10
Green cardamom 10
Salt 4 tbsp

For Jhol:-
Khushboo ka masala 1 tsp
Kewra essence 1 tsp
Yellow food colour 2-3 pinch
Milk 1 cup

For Rogan solution:-
Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Kewra essence 1 tsp
Briyani essence 1 tsp
Khushboo ka masala 1/2 tsp

For Diluted food colour solution:-
Water 1/4 cup
Orange food colour 4-5 pinch or 1/4 tsp
