In this Video Der999 plays Battletech A turn based strategy game adaptation of Battletech a table top strategy game. Battletech is a old franchise that started in the 1980s with a tabletop game called BattleDroids and has since grown to include novels,Pin and paper RPGs and many video game series which one of them is Mechwarior.

This game is a very fateful adaptation of the table top in all ways from the set up of picking your mechs the map which is full 3D and hidden hex based the complexity of damage,weapon systems,Movement and terrain while also being easy to learn but hard to master.

And the back story is it takes place in the Succession Wars in the year 3025 where Humanity has conquered the galaxy. But with consent wars all the way and the universe is is realistic sci-fi meaning no sentient aliens and and only FTL which is a maybe.
