PI Planning Preparation - Get Ready For The Planning Exercise!

...and PI Planning is the nightmare on Safe Street for each new RTE, not to mention the teams.

I decided to make two videos about it, so I don't bore you to death in one.
We start with all the steps before actually starting the planning. You will see it's no piece of cake.
We will review the roles that SAFe names, the priorities, the team assignment, the designs and architecture needs  - every step needed to facilitate the PI Planning exercise for the ARTs, Agile Release Trains, the team of teams. While making sure the RTEs, Release Train Engineers, don't go bonkers in the process.
