Cleaning up and drilling out the upper neck bolt insert hole. Grinding the bottom off the upper neck bolt insert so it does not stand proud when inserted. Gluing the upper neck bolt insert back in. The repair did not hold, and new insert and neck bolt holes will have to be drilled.
