Taragon, Rosemary (sprigs at will) Kuemmel/Caraway seeds, (at will) rock salt, pepper , pepper corns fresh , green (optional) 75ml Bavarian Dark beer, a half a shot of Jaegermeister (optional) 1L beef stock, 2 onions white whole, 2 onions red whole, 1 tbsp of tomato paste,

German roll dumplings (different recipe TBA) or suggestion to buy ready ones to boil in salt water. Take German or Swiss brands.
Wine / Beer suggestions: Weissbier, Weissbier Dunkel (Dark) Guiness Stout, Franconian white wines, Gruener Veltliner.
