The final verdict has been carried out for the traitor who leaked the location of our Deuterium mine to pirates who intercepted our resupply communiques on a recent mission. Our patrols were quickly dispatched and apprehended this pirate and his provocateur accomplice, a lone actor who had flunked Starfleet academy and had chosen to enlist aboard the station we have used for resupply in the past.
Their transfer to a rehabilitation colony has been sanctioned and will be fulfilled by the nearest ship to their current position: The USS Enterprise. Although it is not a diplomatic mission as per their usual directives there may be conflict de-escalation with the former crew who have already been confirmed to be on route to intercept Starfleet's transport to the colony. In preparation for this inevitability Starfleet has dispatched the USS Victorious to assist in any combat operations in this sector, only if necessary.
