Have you ever wondered how you can further your relationship with your intuition and/or your spiritual guides (think angels, deceased loved ones, pets, God, Universe, etc.)? Do you feel like they are all trying to tell you something but you aren't sure about what that message could be?

In this video, I go over the basics of automatic writing and using this technique as a tool to receive clear information for your best and highest good. I can't stress how much this technique works - even though I knew I was being so resistant to using it (told you, I'm stubborn - maybe I wasn't ready to really receive the information I knew I wanted)).

I have personally used it to communicate with my dog before I could energetically connect with her directly; used it to help me get back to the big picture around certain relationships in the past; and most recently, used it to get information on why I wasn't sleeping well. That last session ended with a guided visualization and message that I'll share with you in a future video.
