Abandoned Cave.............Hyde Kinver 2017 🎱

The Hyde area of Kinver was once an industrial iron works black smoke and slag heaps were the order of the day out grew the light railway 🚃 but because of connecting tram 🚋 lines around Stourbridge shutting down Kinver sadly lost this great asset just under 30 golden years for Kinver before the jet set holidays and motorcar .

The cave in the video is very old indeed just the placement of the existing brickwork against the soft sandstone clearly shows age, would be interesting to see if the original floor to the cave is still there under years of dirt from falling sandstone. I had a feeling horses were kept in the cave I hope you enjoy / enjoyed the video
