Hi and happy weekend everyone! Raid Boss event returns and this time we have to use troops from Stormheim. I am going to go the usual route I pretty much always go in Raid events, and that is Trickster's Shot and Godslayer combo, with some mana generation support.

In the 1st slot we use Titan hero with the new Stormheim mana generator weapon briefly, but then switch to Trickster's Shot. Titan gives all Giants 50% mana start what helps to get Godslayer up faster, and also helps with other Giant troops in the lineup. Titan also provides Barrier and Lightning Strike among other Titan Talent Tree goodies. Trickster's Shot eliminates all Armor from an enemy and deals [Magic + 3] damage, and then your hero gains 2 Magic, boosted by the eliminated Armor in 3:1 ratio. This magic boost will make your hero deal very high damage to opponents in later casts. TS also has "Enchanting" upgrade which is really nice sometimes.

2nd slot goes to "Jarl Firemantle." We use Jarl as mana generator, sort of, but he can be used as damage dealer too. He creates 9 Red and 9 Yellow gems and then deals [Magic + 4] damage to an enemy. Red gems feed himself, and Yellow gems feed our other mana generator troop at the bottom.

3rd slot goes to our bosskiller "Halfgrim Half-Giant." The Godslayer is pretty good this time. Halfgrim Half-Giant deals [Magic + 2] damage, boosted by his current life with 3:1 ratio. If your Godslayer is ascended, he will deal huge damage to Zuul. In my case we are talking about +450 damage if my Life stat hasn't taken any damage. Unwounded Godslayer will deal around 100 damage to other troops, depending on your global stats of course.

In the bottom slot we use "Snowy Owl." Owl helps to get our hero weapon back up, as he destroys ALL Purple gems and creates 7 gems of a chosen color. You can pick any colour what suits you best at that time, but I prefer to pick either red or brown, sometimes yellow. Owl also has 3rd trait which gives bonus Purple Mana, which helps our hero incase you match purple gems at times.
