Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a malignant brain tumor with a poor prognosis. To advance effective chemotherapies, it's crucial to develop more translational models and advanced quantitative methods that provide deeper insights into cytotoxic effects in a non-invasive manner.

In this presentation, Jasmine Trigg a Scientist from Sartorius, demonstrates use of the Incucyte Live-Cell analysis system and its integrated software to assess the cytotoxic effects of clinically relevant chemotherapeutics on glial cell types.
