Chicken Mechado Easy Recipe by.Estella Channel

Here's the Ingredients:

1/2 kl Chicken
1 cup tomato sauce
onions
3 cloves garlic
3 tbps Soysauce
Ground black pepper
laurel leaf
bell peppers
Potatoes
carrots
water
salt
fish sauce (optional)
lemon peel (optional)

Procedure :

Step 1. In a wok or a pan saute garlic and onions
Step 2. Add chicken and stir fry until slightly brown in color
Step 3. add tomato sauce.add water and bring to a boil..add the bell peppers, potatoes and carrots.. over medium heat simmer for at least 20~30 minutes or until meat becomes tender..Season with salt and ground black pepper add fish sauce and lemon peel (optional ) Serve and Enjoy!!!!...Happy Cooking 🍳
