The real estate market update for August 2022 for Victoria, BC is out!

With all the new statistics released, what does it mean for you as a buyer or a seller? Year over year, we were down 47%. This year in August, we sold 471 properties compared to 47% less than last year. August is typically a slower month and it is not unusual to see a dip in numbers during this time. However, a 7% dip is pretty significant. With listings rising up significantly from last year too, this presents a significant increase. The real estate market for Victoria, BC is undoubtedly shifting from last year’s and it requires a detailed overview.
