Start on your back with your knees and arms in the air. Drop one leg, not all the way to the ground but hovering over the ground. Keep your back as flat as possible. And drop the opposite arm, also hovering over the ground. Hold for 8 seconds, then come right back and switch sides. Again, make sure your legs and arms aren't touching the ground and your back is as flat as possible.
