Cheap Bi-Directional Scan Tool with Pro Function Upgrades | Mucar CDE900 Pro, Test and Review

Last time I tested out the Mucar CDE900 scan tool but recently they came out with a better version which is the Mucar CDE900 Pro. They sent me this to try out and make a video. I thoroughly tested it out and reported my findings. It can upgrade to a full-function scan tool including bi-directional commands but does cost extra after buying the device.
