According to the transcript, the landlord stated the doctor identified himself as a cardiologist from Jammu and Kashmir. Authorities are now interrogating Dr. Arif to determine his potential role in the terror plot. The probe is part of a multi-state operation that has uncovered a network of medical professionals allegedly involved with terror groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed.
