Welcome to ZAPP, where artists and art festivals connect! In this help video, we will show you how to upload images to ZAPP.

Log in to your account using your ZAPP username and password. If you’ve never used ZAPP, you will need to sign up as a new user. Creating an account is easy and takes just a few minutes.

Select Portfolio from the menu on the left-hand side or by clicking the quick link at the top. If you have uploaded images before you will be able to see and edit them here as well.

Click the Upload Media button and then Click browse or choose file to locate the image you want to upload. . Your image must be at least 1400 pixels on the longest side or your image will not upload. Enter information into the text fields. Those in bold are required fields. You will need to include an image title, medium, dimensions of your artwork, and the price of the artwork.

When completing dimensions, you can enter “0” if the work does not have a depth or width. You can also use decimal points for measurements but the system does not accept slashes. So, to enter 1⁄4 inch use the decimal measurement of 0.25 inches. Hit Submit to upload the image.

If you are uploading a booth shot instead of an artwork sample, choose Yes for the question “Is this your booth shot?” When uploading a booth shot, you will only need to complete the “Image Title” field. Booth shots will have a star designating them as booth shots.

To edit the image details after uploading an image, select the image from your portfolio. Click the Edit button. Use the “replace” button if you have a better version of the image but want to keep all of the details the same. You can also duplicate or delete the image.
