Trying to create an account, eSIM doesn't work on the iPhone.
Whenever I go to the app and try to use eSIM to activate Visible service on my iPhone, it just says "The IMEI you entered is not available". So my only option would be to use a physical SIM card.

Here's the thing, I have a physical SIM card on the way from US Mobile. I was torn between Visible and US Mobile, what really made me want to use Visible is/was the eSIM support, but if I can't get it working, I might as well just wait until my US Mobile SIM card gets here, and activate that instead.

EDIT: So, now it's working, but it keeps saying I've reached my retry limit.... Still can't activate...

Welcome to the club. Haven’t been able to get eSIM working on my iPhone 12 after trying for several days (this is a new account; never had service with Visible before). Tried re-installing the app with no luck, and the latest app update didn’t help.

Chat support wants me to do a factory reset of my phone. I’m able to install eSIMs on my iPhone from several other MVNOs (DENT, GigSky, Truphone, Ubigi, etc) without having to factory reset my phone, so I’m not about to do that to try out the service.

Cancelled the auto-renewal until Visible can sort this out.

Glad to see I’m not the only one having this issue. When I tried to start service I got a notification that told me the IMEI wasn’t available. Their consistent advise was to reinstall the application. Then reset network settings, then it was factory reset the phone. None of those worked.

eSim has some issues that they are currently working out. To complicate it more, with eSim you are required to get a new number.

So apparently the iPhone XS Max is not compatible with eSIM with their network. That’s what customer support said to me today. Anyone had luck activating eSIM?
