What a simple dish to prepare. Ready to eat in under 20 minutes. One pot meals are simple for clean up as well! Tip: Make a big batch and freeze leftovers for future meals.

Recipe:
1. Warm you pan first, place approximately 2 TBSP of oil in the pan.
2. Dice up your vegetables and add them to the pan, then saute until they are tender.
3. Add your broth of choice (approximately 16 ounces) and additional water to taste, I used 1 1/2 cups.
4. Bring the liquid to a boil and add your meat until it is cooked throughout (your meat can be a little undercooked, as it will cook more while the noodles are cooking).
5. Add your ramen noodles (ramen or buckwheat) and cook per the package directions.

Options:
Use your favorite spices that comply with your dietary needs.
Use your favorite meat: turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, etc.
Use your favorite vegetables.
This dish is very flexible on what you add in.

This recipe is free from gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, and can be low FODMAP.
