DARVO means:

Here’s a simple example:
You say: “You promised to call, but you didn’t.”
They say: “Stop controlling me. You’re toxic.”
See?
You asked about a call…
they made you look like a monster.

Simple fix: don’t argue about your tone.
Say one calm line:
“We are talking about what happened, not my tone.”
Then repeat the fact once.
If they keep flipping the story… stop the conversation.

DARVO is not a mistake.
