Cam's Story.

Cam Gray - an electrician here at Genus - was completing his apprenticeship in 2023 when a potentially life-changing accident tested a resolve & determination he found within him that can only be described as extraordinary for such a young man.

This is a story of personal resilience, determination and sheer perseverance; but it's also a demonstration of Genus' collaborative incident management, employee support, return-to-work and continuous improvement processes kicking in to high gear when they were needed most - the safety and wellbeing of our people has always been, and will always be fundamental to everything we do.

This is the story of a determined, respected member of our team playing a key role in adapting & shaping our safe-work methods, positively affecting those around him with a life-affirming maturity far beyond his years.
