Hi I'm beetle and I use MSPAINT as my main art program. YES MSPAINT!
This video was a fun project that took me some time to make
This was my first time going into a more serious route for the animation, I hope you like it.
Please do not harass anyone in the video, this was all for fun.
I'm a big Fan of Haley (LavenderTowne) so I hope its clear that this was meant as an inspiration piece.
This is not an " art fix " or " fixing art " this is more like " fan art " or a " re draw "

About the gradient (future tutorial and some written steps):
Many people are asking about the gradient trick!
I promise I will make a TUTORIAL on everything MSPAINT including that!
I just need some time to get everything together + other videos coming up before that!
But do not worry if it wasn't clear now, it will be better with visual aid, it is just hard for me to explain by text and to everyone individually!

Now for a brief explanation:
-select color you will paint over as secondary color (blue)
-copy the complete drawing with transparency selected
-paint over whatever, in this case gradient
-marker is semi-transparent so if you painting over changes the color bit if you color pick
-repeat (trying to go from a hue to another if possible or light/dark)
-when you are ready paste the complete drawing again (blue should be transparent)
-now we get the lineart and other details over what we went over!
