1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup calamansi juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce (secret ingredient)
7 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tbsp crushed whole peppercorn
1/2 cup cornstarch
Cooking oil (for frying)
