How to make pickled beaver pepper

Ingredients :
Two kilos of pepper
Half a liter of grape vinegar
A tablespoon of salt
Dried dumpy to the required amount
Water as needed
First, wash the peppers in the pan and leave the peppers after the water and add the water and salt into the pot when the water is boiled.
Add the peppers for about 5 minutes until the peppers boil
After the peppers are boiled and softened, we drain them, add cold water to the pot, add the amount that has decreased from the heat of the peppers to the cold water, let the peppers stay in the cold water for a day, and do the same thing again tomorrow.
About half a day when the peppers are rejoined in the water, pour the peppers into a clean cloth and put in a suitable container and put a heavy weight on it until the pepper is complete.
After the pepper is completely taken, add the glass to half the glass you poured and add the pepper again to complete the glass, add some savory.
Now we pour half a liter of vinegar in a suitable container and mix it well with a tablespoon of salt. Once it is dissolved, we add it to the pickle jars until the jar is filled with vinegar.
Now put the lid of the vinegar jar, turn the vinegar completely to remove the air between the peppers, leave it in the air around the house for a week to 10 days, and the pickle is ready. I hope you enjoy this method of preparation.
