Thai Chicken Curry:
Two or three chicken breasts
Half an onion diced or a bunch of spring onions chopped
One teaspoon of diced garlic
One teaspoon of diced ginger
One half of a jar of red thai curry paste
200 mls of cocount milk
One tbsp of oil

One mug of long grain rice, I used Basmati, but you could use Jasmine rice if you have it.
