Every now and then we like to explore a "hidden gem of Italian cuisine," where Eva introduces me to a not-so-famous recipe from the Boot that deserves some more attention.

Today's recipe is a little different, as neither of us have ever tried it.

In this video, we try to recreate a mysterious Calabrian pasta dish called "Cordelle" that seems nearly lost. Judging from the scant information we've found about it, it seems like one of the strangest pasta recipes we've ever heard of.

For sure it's hidden, but is it a gem?
