Multiple fires are burning near 40th Street and McDowell in east Phoenix. Firefighters have asked for a 4th alarm fire response with the following cities providing assistance: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Paradise Valley, and Guadalupe.
