Er. Neha Sakka is an electrical engineer at the electricity department of Rajasthan.

She is supporting youth to develop the skills required to excel in the Electric Vehicle industry under her free education program called "TRUST EV AWARENESS OATH PROGRAM-EMPOWERING YOUTH & WOMEN" 

The motivation is to save the only home planet we have by curbing the climate change, for which EVs are reliable means.

However, mass adoption of EVs is facing 2 major challenges, one is unawareness among youth and the second is a lack of technical knowledge among youth.

The technical education of EV is very costly, even the very basic education costs around Rs 15,000/- head, apart from academic fees.

Therefore, to lighten the burden of youth and motivate them towards innovation development of EV, she is educating youth free of cost and has given education of worth Rs 54 lakh+ free of cost to  1100+ youth.
