County Excess Land Ready for Senior Housing

A dirt lot on Kettner Boulevard and Beech Street will soon be transformed into affordable senior housing. The County broke ground today on Kettner Crossing, an 8-story BRIDGE housing development for older adults in heart of Little Italy. The County donated the land valued at $11 million dollars and contributed another $8 million to the project. However, it’s the partnerships between public, private and non-profit agencies that make this exciting work possible.
