Double Dough Pizza

Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 1 kg
Yeast 2 ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Luke warm water 2 cups

Ingredients for Chicken Topping:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken (boneless cubes) 1 kg
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Pizza:
Prepared dough
Prepared chicken topping
Pizza sauce as required
Prepared chicken as required
Capsicum (julienne) as required
Tomato (sliced) as required
Onion (julienne) as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Oregano as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Nigella seeds as required

Directions for Dough Preparation:
In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, lukewarm water and mix it well. Knead a smooth dough.
Cover it with cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
Directions for Chicken Topping Preparation:
In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until it changes color.
Now add chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder and cook until its fully done.set aside.
Directions for Pizza Preparation:
Take the prepared dough and divide it into 2 parts.
Make dough balls and flatten them with a rolling pin.
Now take one flattened dough sheet, brush pizza sauce on it, add chicken, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, mozzarella cheese. Lastly sprinkle oregano.
Place another dough sheet on top and seal the edges of both dough sheets together.
Place light cuts on the top and add black olives, capsicum and nigella seeds on top.
Now bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins.
Your Double Dough Pizza is ready.
