It Must Be Love - Madness - Guitar Cover

I hadn’t realised that, with this classic, Madness had recorded a cover version of a Labri Siffre original. I thought it were the other way around. Nevertheless, Valentine’s Day next week, so I thought I’d have a crack at this old favourite.

I have been feeling under the weather this week with some diabolically deadly form of man flu. Took some time off work and had an hour or two to learn and have fun with this.

I recorded my guitar over a backing track in GarageBand on my MacBook and videoed my attempt with my iPhone. I then tried to edit the iPhone video and the audio from GarageBand into one coherent whole. I found it a little tricky realigning the audio with the video precisely. It seems to me that there are some slightly misaligned moments. I guess I could just stick with a simple unedited video, but I think it will be fun to research further video/audio recording and editing.
