(70 Minutes of GODLY Thrash!) Preserved West Riding Buses Leyland Lynx: C920 FMP

Back in early January, My good friend Shayne (Who runs Chesterfield 123 Group) kindly invited me to join members of the group on their yearly road run around Yorkshire, Dubbed Hello January. Among the 5 buses taking part, We had the choice to ride any of them, Although I personally aimed for the 3 oldest during the run, A Plaxton Paramount, A Bristol RE, and this Leyland Lynx Demonstrator from 1986!

When it was first built, it went to various operators to showcase the product, before ending up with Sheffield and District (One of West Riding's divisions), before ending up with the main company a few months later. It went to Arriva Yorkshire upon privatisation/rebranding of the company as a trainer, and was then saved for preservation in 2007, before receiving it's original livery back in 2008. It's now approaching 40 years old, and has gone through multiple owners, since being sold to White Rose Bus Group since filming this video.
