Chicken - 1/2kg
Oil - 150ml
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
Corn flour powder - 2 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

For gravy :-

Oil - 3 tablespoon
Onion - 2 Medium size
Green chilli - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 2 pinch
Chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Ajinamoto - 2 pinch
Capsicum - 2 Medium size
Water - 100ml
Food color - Required
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Pepper - 1/4 tablespoon
